So, after searching for my old Facebook notes and blogs online, I decided maybe I should make a new one. Nothing crazy. I'm not looking for fame or fortune.  Just a space to write down my thoughts and dreams when I'm not too terribly busy.

Starting a new blog can be a bit daunting.  I don't have any specific purpose for this blog. Sometimes I will do recipes or photos. Maybe I will talk about plans for the future(?) Who knows.  Just sometimes I need to write down some of what is going on in my head.  

I'm in my thirties now.  The last time that I wrote in my old online blog was 2012, nearly 10 years ago.  I had just started thinking of moving to NYC and here I am living that dream into reality. I've started my career in VFX and gone on to do so many things that I thought were only in my dreams. All of the television shows and movies and commercials that I have worked on throughout the years have been incredible!  I even had some of my work up in Times Square (and I cried when I saw it)!

I have experienced love and heartbreak in the past decade. I've moved to different cities in search of settling down only to realize that the person I was with was not the person I was meant to be with.  No hard feelings left between us, just realization of the different paths we were on. 
I have made many friends, including my best friend who has been by my side for nearly 8 years now. I couldn't ask for someone better to spend my life with.
I am in a, kinda new, relationship. Even though it's been a year together, after having known each other for about three, we are still learning so much about how we work as a couple and getting through the snags when we reach them.  Our communication, I must admit, is much healthier than any relationship I have been in prior to this. I'm quite proud of that.  

Here's to starting a new and documenting my thirties in the most 90s way possible.
